Family Fun at the Takoma Park Children’s Business Fair

The kids participated in the Takoma Park Children’s Business Fair on Sunday. They had so much fun and did quite well. For their business, they made necklaces out of acorn, string and marble. I could tell that several adults were quite impressed. And, by the end of the event, Leandra said she felt like every child at the fair was wearing one of the kids’ necklaces.

They even won the award for “Most Original Business Idea” for their age group.

Leandra and I are so proud of and happy for them.
